INGREDIENTS :-
Cocoa power 1/4 Cup (22gram)
Milk 2 Cup (500ml)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (100gram)
Milk power 1/2 Cup (100gram)
Agar agar power 1.5 tsp (5gram)
Vanilla essence 1 tsp (5ml)
METHOD :-
Pour cocoa power and milk in a pan , No need to sieve the cocoa power. it will be automatically break during cooking.
then add the sugar, milk power and Agar agar power then mix well. Boil it on medium flame. For 4-5 minutes.
Stir it continuously during cooking. then add vanilla essence, Cook for 1-2 minute. Transfer it to the square bowl, Lets it completely then keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Then take it out of the fridge and pour it out of the box.
Then you have to cut it yourself.
THEN READY TO SEARVE
