CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

Chocolate Brownie

A chocolate brownie or simply a brownie is a square or rectangular chocolate baked confection.

Ingredients:-
Melted butter 1/3 cup (150gram)
Suger 1cup (200 gram)
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup (54gram)
Eggs 3 Nos
Salt 1 pinch
Vanilla essence 1 tsp (5ml)
Flour 1cup (120gram)
Baking powder 1/2 tsp (2gram)

Cooking Methods :-
First melted butter, cocoa powder and suger in a mixing bowl then mix well. At this stage, you may see grainy texture in the mixture . Don't worry for that .
It will be smooth after adding the eggs.
Then add 3eggs , salt , Vanilla essence and mix well. Then add all-purpose flour , baking powder. then mix everything well. Then put the butter paper in a rectangular box and pour the liquid. Then bake it for 30 - 35 minutes 160°C or 320°F depending on your oven specifications.

Ingredients:-
Milk 1cup (250ml)
Sugar 1/4 cup (50gram)
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp (15gram)
Grated chocolate (optional)

Cooking Methods:-
Then pour the milk in a bowl, then suger, cocoa powder, no need to sieve the cocoa powder. The lumps will automatically break during cooking. Then mixing and use mudiam flame. Stir continuously during cooking. To know whether the mixture is perfect or not . Dip a spoon in the syrup and sketch a line on it . If you see thick consistency , it means it is in perfect condition. Then turn off the flame. Let it cool completely during cooling, otherwise,
The syrup will not smooth. 
After baking take the cake out of the fridge,
Then take the cake out of the square box, After the chocolate syrup has cooled down, spread it well on top of the cake. Then spread the amount of grated chocolate over the syrup. You can use nut also ... Then cuted and ready to serve....
