VANILLA SPONGE CAKE (HOME STYLE)

Hello everyone , Todays recipe is basic vanilla sponge cake with out oven , without cooker , with out beater sponge cake . Making of this recipe is very simple and easy . So do try this yummy recipe and Share your experience in this comments section. 


INGREDIENTS & COOKING METHODS :- 

First break the 4 eggs in a bowl . whisk well , whisk as much as you can then put powdered sugar 1 cup ,  mix well . then added all purpose flour 1 cup , baking power 1 tsp , salt 1/4 tsp , then mix well . sift before adding all the dry ingredients . 

mix without any lumps. then added melted butter 1/2 cup , mix and make smooth batter . then put vanilla essence 1/2 cup , mix the whole batter without any lumps. then ready to cake batter. 

Grease the pan with butter, apply butter all over the pan. then put in the pan flour 1 tsp , swirl to coat on all the sides, and remove the extra flour. 

pour the batter into the pan , gently tap to remove the air  bubbles . then pre-heat the kadai for 5mins in medium flame. oil - 2 tbsp to prevent non stick coating, place a small stand and then place the cake pan carefully and cover it with lid. cook for 45 - 50 mins on low flame.

 then cake is ready. insert the tooth pick into the cake, if tooth pick comes out the clean without any cake sticking the cake is perfectly done. 

let it cool and remove from pan, and ready to serve .
