SAGO DESSERT

 Sago dessert is a fruit types of dessert.

INGREDIENTS:-

Milk 1.5 cup (375ml)

Sugar 1/3 cup (70gram)

Milk power 1/4 cup (25gram)

Sago pearl 1/4 cup (45gram)

Basil seeds 1 tbsp (10gram)

Vanilla essence 1 tbsp (5ml)

Nut & Fruit as of your choice


COOKING METHOD:-

First, milk should be poured into a pan. then added sugar, milk power, then mix well and boil it on medium flame for 7-8 minutes. During boiling stir it continuously. 

Otherwise it will burn. then Turnoff the flame, Let it cool completely. During cooling stir it continuously. After cooling Transfer it to a bowl and Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

 then water 750ml should be poured into a pan, then added Sago pearl, boil & Stir occasionally. Cook it on medium flame until it becomes transparent It may take about 8-10 minutes. then Strain it.

 Rinse under cold water to stop further cooking and remove excess starch. Let it cool completely. Basil seeds should be poured into a bowl, then added water 125 ml, Soak it for 10 minutes. then Chilled milk After cooling added Sago next After soaking added the Basil seeds.

 then add Vanilla essence and mix well. next added Sliced cashew nut 8 gram, Sliced almond 8 gram, Sliced pistachio 8 gram, Green grapes 30 gram, Black grapes 30 gram, Strawberry 30 gram, Mango 30 gram, Red cherry 20 gram, Banana 25 gram, Apple 20 gram, (All fruit cutting medium chopped). Mix well.
