ORANGE MOUSSE (Dessert)

Orange mousse is a very nice and simple dessert:-

Ingredients:-
Orange 2 tbsp (30ml)
Orange essence 1/4 tsp (2.5ml)
Orange food color (optional)
Orange pulp 1/4 cup (50gm)
Milk 1 cup (250ml)
Suger 1/4 cup (50gram)
Cold whipping cream 1/2 cup

Cooking Methods:-
Collect orange juice, stir the milk and suger mixture on medium flame and bring to a boil then slightly reduce the flame . Stir continuously until reduced by 1/3. It will take about 10 to 12 minutes.consistency will be like this then turn of the flame .
Let is cool completely. To make it smooth stir it continuously during cooling. 
After cooling.....
After cooling it the consistency becomes thinner , boil it again to get a perfect consistency. It is better to mix orange juice, milk & suger mixture. If you add orange juice directly to whipping cream , you may get curdle texture. Mix well , 
Other pot put in to the Cold whipping 
cream, beat the whipping cream, until you get soft peak . Take a small amount of whipping cream for later use . add the mixture in to the cream then put orange essence, orange food color. Use a spatula for even mixing then collect orange pulp. put the orange pulp in a mixing bowl then mix well .transfer to a serving glass , after filling the glass previous stored whipping cream put on the glass then orange pulp.

The orange mousse is lovely dessert, fresh and not to heavy. This is one of the most popular dessert.
