GARLIC-BUTTER-CHEESE STUFFED PRAWNS


 Garlic-Butter-Cheese Stuffed Prawns are just oh-my-god delicious with their

captivating aroma and the dance of flavor's upon the tongue.

Ingredients :-  

Large Prawns (Tiger Prawns) Salt For the Stuffing: (this was sufficient for 6 jumbo Prawns) 6-7 Tablespoons of Salted Butter 6-7 large Garlic cloves, grated Crushed Black Peppercorns, as needed Red Chili flakes, as desired 4-5 Tablespoons of Fresh Coriander, finely chopped 4-5 Tablespoons of Grated Cheese (I used processed cheese) Some grated Cheese for the top A dash of Black Pepper, finely chopped Red Chili and Coriander for garnish

Cooking Method :-  

First you need to take 6 tiger prawns. then cut away the legs and head as shown, For the dish, we'll need to keep the shell.
Cut open the shell along the back. Devein (discard thin, black intestinal string)
The Green matter is called 'roe' & have a wonder flavor.
Using a knife, slice thorough the body of the prawn (partially) & lay it open flat. Score the flesh a few times.
Sprinkle salt over the opened prawns,.

For the stuffing, take 6-7 TBSP of salted Butter, then add 6-7 grated garlic cloves, A generous helping of crushed black peppercorns, next add Red chili as desired, 4-5 TBSP Fresh & Finely chopped Coriander and then add 4-5 TBSP grated Cheese. This cheese will hold together the butter-based stuffing .

Spoon the stuffing onto the flattened prawns.
Sprinkle on same more Grated cheese and then dash of black pepper and next put a chopped fresh red chili & Coriander for color.

The prawns must be fried in a little Oil (it prevent the butter from burning)
Place then gently Cover & cook.
Cook on low to medium flame for 4-5 MINUTES.
Same of the butter oozes out; fry the next batch in that
NOTE : The quantity of stuffing will vary as per the number of prawns.
The recipe is only a guide ; Use spices/herbs of choice
SERVE THESE HOT, WITH MELTED BUTTER
